By accessing or using Mathsonaut ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Mathsonaut is an online maths learning platform for children aged 4–10. The Service includes:
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must not share your login details with anyone. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Each account may have up to 5 child profiles.
If you are not satisfied with Mathsonaut, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. You can process your refund directly from the parent dashboard under Account Settings. Alternatively, you can email support@mathsonaut.com.
After 14 days, refunds are handled at our discretion and in accordance with your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Mathsonaut uses artificial intelligence to generate some maths questions. While we strive for accuracy:

All content on Mathsonaut — including text, graphics, teaching materials, questions, character designs, and software — is owned by Mathsonaut or its licensors and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
We aim to keep Mathsonaut available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. If we discontinue the Service entirely, we will provide reasonable notice and, where appropriate, offer refunds.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mathsonaut shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
